Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operating room teams under supervision of surgeons and nurses. The role involves preparing room setup, handling instruments, and assisting with patient readiness for procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining sterile conditions, assisting with instrument transfer, and helping with patient transport and post-operative care. CPR certification and OR experience are preferred, with benefits and compliance with ADA practices.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum one year experience in interventional radiology, cardiac cath lab, or vascular setting preferred.
• Knowledge of over the wire techniques preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain medical equipment for surgical procedures.
• Set up operating room with instruments, drapes, and solutions before surgery.
• Perform pre-operation skin prep and anesthesia-related preparations.
• Assemble sterile and non-sterile equipment and verify proper function.
