Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our operating rooms. The role supports surgeons, RN staff, and other OR personnel to ensure a safe, sterile environment before, during, and after procedures.

We value education and certification, with requirements including graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program, CST certification, and BLS. This position typically involves daytime hours with no weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, as required by state regulations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures under the direction and supervision of surgeons, RNs, and other surgical personnel.
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment before, during, and after procedures in the operating room.
• Collaborate with the OR team to support patient care and procedural efficiency.
