Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Surgical Technologies Sales Representative to promote and sell our products in hospital and clinical settings. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office environments, demonstrating value and solving customer needs while tracking territory results and sharing wins with leadership.

You will build relationships with doctors, nurses, and staff, ensuring proper use and maintenance of our solutions, all within a fast-paced, commission-based role that rewards high

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Surgical Technologies products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate value.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager.
• Assist doctors, nurses and staff with proper use and maintenance of products.
