Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Surgical Technologies Sales Representative to promote and sell advanced products within a defined territory in Florida. You will conduct in‑office and in‑OR evaluations, demonstrate value, and aim to exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage a territory with regular travel (~20%), document activities, and communicate outcomes to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical or B2B preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years outside sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Surgical Technologies products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Track territory progress and report wins to Regional Manager.
• Provide product knowledge support and assist doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance.
