Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Surgical Technologies Sales Representative to build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and stakeholders, and to lead product evaluations in the operating room and office settings. You will grow your territory by expanding existing relationships and pursuing new opportunities, while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Expect close collaboration with your Regional Manager and frequent on-site customer support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales (medical fields or B2B preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with at least 2+ years outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~20%.
• Must be able to manage time, projects and deadlines with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and key stakeholders.
• Lead product evaluations in OR and office settings to demonstrate value.
• Grow territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and share progress and insights.
• Travel approximately 20% as required.
