Job summary

Ironside Human Resources in Butte, Montana is seeking a Surgical Technician to join the hospital's Peri-Operative Services team. This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly pay range of $22.37 to $29.82.

You will prepare surgical equipment, maintain sterile technique, assist during procedures, and support the perioperative nursing team to ensure safe, efficient patient care. On-call rotation occurs roughly every three weeks and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program required.
• NBSTSA Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Medical terminology and electronic medical record experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and protect the surgical field throughout procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and assist during operative procedures.
• Support the perioperative nursing team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Maintain surgical readiness and compliance with established policies and procedures.
