Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking a Surgical Tech to join the Georgia Surgery OR team. Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm. You will set up surgical equipment and instruments, assist the surgical team, and maintain a sterile environment to support a variety of procedures.

Ideal candidates will adapt quickly, work well with others, and demonstrate strong communication and PPE practices. Graduation from an approved Surgical Technologist program or military training is required, with CST certification

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved surgical technologist program or military training.
• Certified Surgical Technologist within 6 months of hire.
• CPR/BLS within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating room and instruments.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment throughout surgeries.
• Adapt to changes in healthcare technology within the OR.
• Collaborate effectively with the OR team and communicate clearly.
