Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a Surgical Technician I to join our Surgery Services team. The role provides surgical assistance under RN/MD direction, ensuring aseptic technique and patient safety during procedures.

The position is full-time with night shifts (12-hour) and a pay range of $32.19 to $46.68 per hour. A $3,000 signing bonus is available to external hires who meet employment requirements.

Qualifications

• One year acute care experience preferred.
• Computer, internet, order entry and word processing experience preferred.
• Proficient in medical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Safely and competently perform all aspects of surgical techniques/procedures.
• Maintain instruments and aseptic technique.
• Communicate with the surgical team and supervision.
• Support patient flow and documentation.
• Prioritize workload and contribute to a safe environment.
