Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced OR Technician to support the surgical team. You will assist with case setup, scrubbing in, and maintaining aseptic technique across a wide range of procedures in MAH Surgical Services.

The role involves collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and perfusion staff to ensure patient safety and efficient operative flow. The position requires CERt accreditation, 1+ year of OR experience, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Operating room Technician Program, or equivalent preparation.
• One year of Operating Room experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be C.O.R.T. certified or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs, gowns, and gloves according to procedure.
• Maintains strict aseptic technique.
• Assists with preparing for assigned surgical procedures.
• Communicates with the team to promote smooth progression of the procedure.
