Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane is seeking a Surgical Technologist to prepare the sterile table and instruments, pass instruments to the surgeon, and maintain sterile technique during procedures. Qualified candidates have graduation from a surgical technology program, Washington registration, BLS certification, and current OR experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a course in surgical technology.
• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Current experience as a registered Surgical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Set up sterile table with instruments, supplies and equipment.
• Pass instruments to the surgeon during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and care for instruments post-procedure.
• Assist in circulating duties as assigned and support turnover/ case cart roles.
