Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling Surgical Technologists to work onsite within Spokane, WA. The role involves scrubbing in the surgical suite, preparing instruments, and assisting with circulating duties under RN supervision. Multiple openings with varied shifts and schedules are available.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible external candidates who meet payment conditions, with potential relocation assistance and excellent benefits beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a course in Surgical Technology.
• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire is required.
• Current experience as a registered Surgical Technologist; recent program completion may be considered as experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scrub technologist in the surgical suite and other clinical areas, setting up sterile tables and instruments.
• Pass instruments to the surgeon and maintain sterile technique during procedures.
• Assist in circulating duties under RN supervision and support turnover and service line roles as needed.
