Qualifications

• High School Diploma and CST credential required.
• One year of work experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Level II CST demonstrates advanced critical thinking and autonomous practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile supplies and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Perform appropriate room duties involved with direct patient care.
• Function autonomously as a member of the operating room team under Nurse Manager supervision.
• Assist providers and nurses with vaginal deliveries, instrument flow and other duties as needed.
