Job summary

The candidate will assess learning needs, plan competency-based education, and collaborate with leaders to advance quality and performance initiatives. A PA RN license and teaching experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Education or equivalent experience.
• Active PA RN license or multi-state eNLC license.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience and 2 years of education/training experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs and learning goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive quality and performance initiatives.
• Serve as educational consultant on program development, compliance, professional development, and other committee work.
• Coordinate and maintain orientation programs.
• Identify learning needs with leadership and staff and create annual competency plans.
• Perform other duties including direct patient care.
