Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or plan to obtain within 5 years.

• Explores innovative teaching strategies and provides quality clinical instruction to students.
• Promotes patient safety and participates in quality initiatives.
• Establishes positive relationships with students, faculty, management, patients and the health care team.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to peers and contributes to curriculum feedback.
• Communicates patient care concepts to other providers and shares outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
