Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a clinical area may be required depending on specialty.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Master's degree in nursing or within five years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Explores innovative teaching strategies on the clinical unit for groups and individuals.
• Ensures patient safety, quality initiatives, and appropriate order sets.
• Mentors peers and provides feedback; supports curriculum and course objectives.
• Maintains professional relationships with students, faculty, and health team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
