Job summary

This part-time day shift position includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, and a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Technical School graduate of Surgical Technology or Practical Nursing program required.
• Associate Degree in Surgical Technology or Applied Sciences required.
• 0-2 years of operating room surgical technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for procedures with sterile technique.
• Assist surgical team by passing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Sterilize, inspect, and assemble instruments; perform counts for patient safety.
• Support patient positioning, draping, and transfer during procedures.
• Restock supplies and ensure rooms are ready for subsequent cases.
