Lovelace Health System is hiring a day-shift, full-time Surgical Technician in Albuquerque, NM. You will assist surgeons, convey sterile instruments, and support patient safety under RN supervision in the operating room.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Surgical Technology program, and at least 6 months OR experience. BLS is required within 14 days of hire. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or clinical-based program.
• Anatomy and Physiology, sterile technique, medical terminology, instrumentation, and medical equipment knowledge.
• Sterilization techniques; Operating Room instruments and supplies.
• Medical Terminology knowledge.
• Six (6) months of OR or ambulatory surgery unit experience.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to direct patient care.
