Job summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, part of Baptist Health, will join the Materials Management team to support Surgical Services with procurement, warehousing, and on-time delivery of supplies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of OR materials management experience, a High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred), and proven Excel skills to manage inventories and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Materials Management operations in support of Surgical Services.
• Procure supplies, equipment, and services for Surgical Services.
• Warehousing of supplies and inventory control.
• Foster excellent customer service by meeting daily requests and expediting orders for on-time delivery.
• Perform scale audits, sample counting, and expiration management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
