Job summary

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join the Materials Management team. This full-time day shift (7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday with potential weekends) supports Surgical Services by managing supplies and ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in OR materials management, a high school diploma or GED (Associate's is preferred), and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Materials Management operations and supply chain support for Surgical Services.
• Procure supplies, equipment, and services for Surgical Services.
• Warehousing of supplies and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct scale audits, sample counting, and expiration management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
