Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp in Roanoke, VA seeks a Surgical Specialist for Urology to drive revenue in the assigned territory. You will partner with the Operating Room-based Sales team to deliver value, guide customers pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, and expand account penetration.

The role requires 1–2 years OR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and willingness to travel. You will develop pipeline, manage CRM, and provide post-sales support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years OR experience preferred.
• Clinical background in urology is an asset.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet annual targets in the territory.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the Urology portfolio.
• Develop territory plans, manage CRM data, and report on progress.
• Build relationships, present tailored solutions, and expand accounts.
• Provide post-sales support and training to staff.
