Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a field sales professional to promote our medical product line to existing and new accounts. You will educate customers on pricing, backorders, policies, and clinical benefits while conducting thorough product in-services across teams.

The role emphasizes planning sales calls, building product knowledge, and communicating market trends to the Regional Manager. Travel is required to meet client needs and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in management or related area.
• Two to three years outside sales experience or equivalency.
• Strong human relation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of products, features and benefits.
• Surgical procedure knowledge and basic anatomy.
• Medical terminology and needs/analysis selling.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Sells the entire product line to current and new accounts.
• Informs customers of pricing, backorders, and company policies.
• Executes comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.
• Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively.
• Develops knowledge of all products and clinical data.
• Informs Regional Manager of market changes and competitive activity.
• Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
• Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.
• Maintains company automobile and company property.
• Completes and processes reports per established procedures.
