INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead nursing care across multiple units. You will oversee staff performance, scheduling, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives with 24-hour accountability to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

The role requires a BSN within 24 months of hire; a Master’s in Nursing is preferred. OK RN licensure or compact license and BLS are required, with national certifications based on service line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required within 24 months of hire.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in Oklahoma or Multistate license via compact, BLS within 30 days may be required.
• National certification and competencies based on service line.

Responsabilités

• Directs nursing staff performance and provides ongoing education opportunities for staff members.
• Responsible for fiscal management of unit/department.
• Responsible for overall management of the staffing schedule; rotating staffing call schedule may be involved.
• Ensures compliance with Standards of Nursing Practice and regulatory standards.
• Implements and revises policies and procedures with leadership.
