Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK seeks an RN Supervisor for sterile surgery on the mid shift (12:00–20:00). This full-time role leads staffing, ensures timely patient care, and guides clinical staff to uphold safety and quality standards.

The position requires an Oklahoma RN license, BLS, and an Associate's degree in nursing; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Join a not-for-profit health system with strong patient care focus and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or a compact state (eNLC)
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Associate's degree in nursing required

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staffing plan for shift based on patient acuity and census.
• Serve as a resource to staff for solving clinical problems and provide real time feedback.
• Assist staff to efficiently utilize staffing resources to meet patient care requirements.
• Provide immediate follow-up and communication of incidents to management.
• Anticipate problems and set shift priorities accordingly.
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to solve problems fairly and consistently.
• Offer guidance and timely feedback to staff; document performance for evaluation.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to infection control procedures.
• Contribute to annual department goals and continuous improvement of patient care.
