INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City seeks a Manager Nursing - 1 to plan, organize, direct and coordinate nursing care across multiple unit(s)/department(s). This role provides 24-hour responsibility for unit functioning and staff management, with fiscal oversight and quality improvement initiatives.

The position requires RN licensure in Oklahoma, a BSN within 24 months of hire, and current BLS. Prior nursing management experience is preferred, with strong leadership and compliance skills to uphold

Formación

• 5 years RN experience.
• Surgical Services: 3 years OR/PACU or outpatient surgery with 1 year management experience.
• BSN required within 24 months of hire.
• RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC multi-state license.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Directs employee performance management and ongoing staff education.
• Oversees fiscal management of the unit/department.
• Manages staffing schedules and participates in rotating call schedules.
• Ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implements and revises policies and procedures.
