Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK, seeks an RN Administrative Supervisor for day shift (6a-6p) on a full-time basis. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate clinical activities, and ensure continuity of patient care across units.

You must hold an Oklahoma RN license (or an eNLC state), BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and have at least two years of direct patient care experience. INTEGRIS Health offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC member state.
• Current BLS certification at/within hire timeframe.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives report and coordinates with Clinical Directors to maintain management continuity.
• Provides supervision of staff in absence of department director.
• Assesses activity levels and coordinates bed availability with staffing coordinators.
• Arranges for on-call personnel or services from other departments as needed.
• Documents incidents and emergencies and forwards reports to leadership.
• Maintains daily shift activity records for VP and Division Director.
