Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required.
• BSN preferred for preferred candidate.
• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Oklahoma required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement shift staffing plans based on patient acuity and census.
• Serve as a resource to staff for clinical problem-solving and provide real-time feedback.
• Support staff in efficient use of resources to meet patient care needs.
