Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a day shift, full-time RN Manager to lead a nursing unit.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years RN experience, a BSN within 24 months of hire, and an RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC. BLS is required within 30 days. National certification and leadership experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years RN experience.
• Education: BSN within 24 months of hire.
• Licensure: RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state via eNLC.
• Certification: BLS by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.
• Service line certifications: national certification and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Directs employee performance management and provides ongoing education opportunities for staff members
• Responsible for fiscal management of unit/department
• Responsible for overall management of the staffing schedule. May participate in a rotating staffing call schedule within service line.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with Standards of Nursing Practice for assigned unit(s)/department(s) as well as local, state, federal, and Regulatory Agency standards
• Implements, reviews, interprets and revises all relevant Integris Health and departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• EXPERIENCE: 5 years RN experience


• EDUCATION: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing within 24 months of hire.


• LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state


• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire


• National Certification and competencies required based on service line skill

Preferred Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Previous nursing management experience


• EDUCATION: Master's degree in Nursing
