You will develop robust business and workforce plans, monitor KPIs and targets, and foster an open, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• Masters degree level or equivalent and management qualification or equivalent.
• Recent demonstrable experience of operational management with responsibility for clinical quality and budget control.
• Experience of delivering performance targets within strict financial controls and accountability for a clinical service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the operational delivery of clinical services within the surgery division.
• Drive improvements in operational performance and planning in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Develop and implement robust reporting to monitor local and national targets and address variances.
• Support strategy delivery, workforce plans and policy setting in the care group.
• Foster an open, accountable culture and coaching development across teams.
• Ensure alignment with CQC standards, KPIs, access targets and contractual obligations.
