Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Surgical Services Business Manager to lead systems support for the operating rooms across SRHS locations. You will work with physicians, management, and vendors to optimize efficiency and costs while ensuring compliance and quality patient care.

The role requires monitoring the charge master, budgeting, billing, and materials management with strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across SRHS facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years' experience in operating room/surgical services.
• Must understand regulatory standards for hospital OR supplies.
• Ability to develop and maintain automated inventory records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems support for surgical services; coordinate with physicians, management, and vendors.
• Monitor charge master, billing, and budget reports; provide recommendations for improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, billing/reimbursement, and materials management.
• Collaborate with SRHS and purchasing coalitions to standardize processes and maximize cost savings.
