Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the State of Tennessee is required.
• 2–4 years of management experience in an in-patient or ambulatory setting preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment, sterilization techniques and treatment procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff effectiveness and development.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, NABH/JCI standards (if applicable), and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise nursing and support staff; prepare duty rosters and manage staffing levels.
• Coordinate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams; monitor patient safety and quality.
• Prepare monthly reports on OPD load, procedures, incidents and infection rates.
