Longview Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to lead daily operations across pre-, intra-, and post-operative care. You will supervise staff, drive quality improvement, and partner with physicians and leaders to align services with hospital goals.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to maintain high standards and staff engagement in a dynamic surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Four or more years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree may be considered.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of surgical services across pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages.
• Supervises staff and evaluates performance to ensure standards.
• Analyzes data on patient satisfaction and quality metrics to drive improvement.
• Develops policies and ensures regulatory compliance.
