Job summary

Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage seeks a BSN- or MSN-prepared RN for a full-time Day shift in a surgical/procedural care setting. CA RN license required; BLS/ACLS expected upon hire in multiple departments including Surgery and Perianesthesia.

The role focuses on high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient perioperative operations. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of RN experience in surgical/procedural environments, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing
• Required: California Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS/ACLS required upon hire in specified departments

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and policies; ensures safe, high-quality patient care in regulatory compliance.
• Plans and coordinates systems to support scheduled procedures/surgeries in the unit; fosters collaboration and effective teamwork.
• Hires, evaluates, and counsels staff; oversees payroll and timekeeping; provides direct patient care as needed.
