Job summary

Sierra View Medical Center is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for Surgical Services. This on-site, full-time role oversees OR, PACU, CPD, and related perioperative services, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a BSN with MSN preferred, California RN licensure, and 2+ years in Surgical Services including OR and perioperative areas. A 6:45am–3:15pm shift and a $10k sign-on bonus are provided for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN preferred.
• California RN licensure (or eligible) with current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OR, Flexcare, PACU, CPD, Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy and Ambulatory Surgical Department.
• Provide 24/7 management oversight and ensure department compliance with standards.
• Schedule staffing and coordinate with Director and Nursing Supervisor.
• Support staff development, performance evaluations, and quality improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
