Job summary

Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA, is seeking a nurse leader for the Cardiac Service Line. The role oversees clinical and personnel functions on assigned units, driving performance improvement and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements include a BSN or MSN, California RN licensure with BLS/ACLS, and at least 5 years of clinical RN experience. Leadership experience in critical care settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required.
• California RN licensure; BLS and ACLS required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience.
• Leadership experience preferred in CCU/ER/Cardiac unit.

Responsibilities
