Job summary

Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and quality of patient care across multiple clinic-based practices.

This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master’s in Nursing, with at least four years of clinical RN experience and two years in nursing leadership. The position is full-time with a competitive salary ranging between $61.35 - $95.03 per hour.

Qualifications

• Required: 4 years of clinical RN experience in an ambulatory/clinic setting.
• Required: 2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Preferred: Multi-site experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
• Standardize clinical workflows, staffing models, and patient flow processes.
• Monitor daily clinic operations and staffing effectiveness.
