Job summary

Required BSN/MSN with CA RN license and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications per unit. At least three years in acute or ambulatory care are expected.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required.
• California RN license and BLS required; ACLS/NRP/PALS depending on unit.
• Three years nursing experience in acute hospital or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Provide on unit and department education to nursing and allied staff.
• Assist in onboarding, competency management, and professional development.

• Develop and coordinate education plans to meet unit needs.
