Job summary

Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee clinical operations and staff performance across multiple ambulatory practices. You will ensure standardized workflows, safety, and high-quality patient care while aligning with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with physicians and clinic leaders, drive performance improvement, manage staffing and budgets, and support compliance and patient safety initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required for nursing leadership.
• California RN license and BLS required.
• Nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliant, safe patient care across multi-site ambulatory clinics.
• Standardizes workflows, staffing models, and patient flow processes.
• Monitors daily clinic operations, scheduling, wait times, and throughput.
• Maintains regulatory readiness (Joint Commission, DHS, state/federal).
• Leads hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, and corrective actions.
• Ensures clinical competencies and documentation standards meet requirements.
• Supports change initiatives and system-wide standardization.
• Serves as liaison between clinics, physicians and operational leadership.
