Netpace Inc. in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced Manager of Surgical Services to oversee daily OR operations and lead a team of about 62 FTEs.

This role concentrates on quality patient care, staff leadership, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, coordinating care with physicians, anesthesia, PACU and other departments for optimal outcomes. The position reports to the Director of Surgical Services and requires RN license, Associate Degree, 3+ years of acute-care

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Associate Degree required.
• 3+ years of acute-care OR leadership experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Surgical Services operations.
• Lead and develop nursing and surgical staff.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care with physicians, anesthesia, PACU, and other departments.
• Monitor quality, safety, staffing and performance initiatives.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and resources are available.
• Promote a collaborative, patient-centered team environment.
