Job summary

• Promote and ensure Culture of Choice; oversee Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, and Anesthesia Support Services.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Develop budgets, monitor variances, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission and regulatory standards; lead audits and certifications.
