Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Surgical Services Manager to lead the Operating Room department. You will oversee patient care, coordinate staffing, and partner with physicians to ensure high quality, cost-effective perioperative services.

The role requires BSN preferred, 3–4 years of clinical surgical services experience, and prior nursing management. ACLS/PALS and CPR certifications are preferred. Exempt, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 3–4 years of clinical surgical services experience.
• Prior nursing management experience in comprehensive surgical services or ambulatory setting.
• CPR required; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient/family-centered Operating Room that aligns with vision and strategy.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, competency programs and vendor discussions.
• Ensure policies, procedures and evidence-based practice meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate equipment and operational needs.
• Manage department finances and resources; communicate changes to staff.
