Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Northeast Ohio is seeking a capable clinic operations leader to oversee daily operations and staff across outpatient services. The role includes interviewing and evaluating staff, managing resources, leading in the absence of management, and ensuring patient flow and clinical efficiency.

You will train, educate, and evaluate staff, resolve issues with HR assistance, and participate in performance reviews, hiring, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative in a healthcare setting, along with experience in medical practice operations within a clinic, hospital, or healthcare environment.
• An active clinical license or certification (e.g., LPN, ATC, MA, RT) is required. BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and supporting patient care with guidance and issue resolution.
• Manage daily workflow, staff schedules, and approve time in payroll system; participate in interviewing, hiring, and annual performance evaluations.
• Train and evaluate staff; resolve issues, implement programs to improve patient flow and clinical efficiency.
