Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required or compact state license.
• Experience in perioperative leadership preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations for PAAC, Preop, OR and PACU.
• Direct change management initiatives across the surgical continuum.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for patient experience, quality outcomes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, nursing leadership and ancillary departments.
• Drive improvements to patient throughput, delays, waste, and workflow.
• Promote accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
