Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an Administrative Director of Surgical Services to lead perioperative operations and develop a growing surgical services department. This role partners with hospital executives, physicians, and clinical teams to promote operational excellence and high-quality patient care.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, financial stewardship, and strategic growth across OR, PACU, GI, and related areas to support safe, efficient, and compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing is required.
• Minimum two years as Director of Surgical Services.
• At least three years of progressive acute care surgical services experience.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and operational planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative leadership for Surgical Services across OR, Sterile Processing, Pre-Op, PACU, GI, and PAT.
• Lead and support department managers; oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling and resource planning.
• Monitor budgets and performance metrics; implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to grow service lines and programs.
• Promote evidence-based practices to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and engage staff for development.
