Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a dynamic Director of Perioperative Services to lead our surgical care teams across OR, SDS, PACU, Endoscopy, PAT and Sterile Processing. You will shape the future of perioperative care through strategic planning, evidence-based practice, and strong physician and staff partnerships.

Role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while guiding staffing, budgeting, and regulatory adherence in a leading health system environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing or health care administration or related field required.
• CNOR or progress toward CNOR preferred within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for Perioperative Services to drive growth and improve outcomes.
• Oversee daily Surgical Services operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a collaborative environment with surgeons, physicians, and staff across departments.
• Drive a culture of safety and quality, participating in governance and quality initiatives.
• Lead change efforts and communicate organizational objectives across teams.
