Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• 3–5 years of Operating Room related experience.
• Current and active RN license in Illinois; BLS certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong problem-solving and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of surgical services and 24-hour perioperative units.
• Lead perioperative nursing and surgical support teams; ensure safety and quality of care.
• Coordinate schedules with physicians, anesthesia, and ancillary departments; manage resources.
• Develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement evidence-based practice.
