Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Division Supervisor Surg Services to oversee OR operations across facilities within the Continental Division. You will collaborate with physicians to secure supplies and equipment, update physician preference cards, and provide training to OR staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, education, and compliance with regulatory standards, with a focus on patient safety and staff development.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• RN (Registered Nurse) or CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required.
• 2 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Subject Matter Expert to division facilities for OR matters.
• Lead new systems implementation, training and management for Division ORs.
• Identify and address process improvements to avoid delays.
• Ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations across facilities.
• Serve as an education resource to Perioperative Leaders and Providers.
• Oversee training, competency, and performance for staff and leaders.
