Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Division Coordinator for Surgical Services to optimize patient care across multiple facilities. The role focuses on coordinating OR and specialty operations, training staff, and serving as a clinical resource to ensure high-quality nursing care.

You will work with physicians and leadership to implement new systems, manage training, and improve processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety throughout the Division.

Qualifications

• RN or CST certification required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing/surgical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OR operations across facilities and divisions.
• Lead training and competency for OR staff and education initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
