Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support surgical teams in the operating room. Under direct supervision, you will assist with nursing care and basic tasks to ensure patient safety and efficiency during procedures.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent; BLS certification is mandatory. Previous nurse aide or phlebotomy experience in an acute care setting is preferred, and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Education: Successful completion of Medical Terminology Course.
• Preferred Experience: Previous Nurse aide and/or phlebotomy experience in acute care setting.
