Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Group is seeking a Central Scheduler to coordinate patient scheduling for surgeries and procedures. You will communicate required preparations to patients and ensure information is shared with the Scheduling Department to keep operations smooth.

Additional duties include collecting information from physicians about special supply requests, reporting statistics, and exhibiting Service Excellence in all interactions.

Qualifications

• One year medical/clinic experience preferred.
• Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Familiarity with administrative/clerical procedures.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for surgery and procedures.
• Communicate preparations to patients and coordinate with Scheduling Dept.
• Gather physician information for supply requests and report data as requested.
• Demonstrate service excellence at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
