Responsibilities

• Ensure organized flow of patients by inputting surgical procedures and scheduling data.
• Coordinate admission process and scheduling of surgical procedures as department contact.
• Alert facilitator to problems and assist in resolution.
• Handle high volume communication and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain medical records, stat reports, and run required data reports.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in orienting new staff on scheduling and data collection.
• Support unit coverage as needed.
